How is chargeable weight calculated?

For sea freight we bill on volume (CBM = length × width × height in metres) or actual weight — whichever produces the higher charge. For air cargo the volumetric divisor is 6,000, so 1 CBM ≈ 167 kg. Does NDL Cargo handle customs clearing at Tema?

Yes. Our in-house licensed customs brokers handle GRA duty assessment, port charges, terminal handling and delivery orders end-to-end. You never deal with a third-party clearing agent, which is why our clearance times average 3–5 working days after arrival.

Do you deliver outside Accra and Tema?
